The project represents the low approval rating Congress receives from the American people and is a call to Universities to create credit based programs where students create alternative models of representative government.

No mice were harmed making this project and the mice were treated better than the Congress treats American citizens. We protected all their perks and if there was a problem we separated them to restore order.
